Eligibility / Contest Description
No purchase necessary. Must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. GuestQuest by Traveler Vacation Guide, advertisers, and contractors working the product, project or promotion, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

How to Enter
Fill out the request form at guestquest.com/travel-info in its entirety. No exceptions will be made. Limit one (1) entry per person per contest. GuestQuest by Traveler Vacation Guide is not responsible for misdirected, or illegible entries. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries become the property of GuestQuest by Traveler Vacation Guide.
Prizes
One getaway per contest will be given at the end of the promotion period. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted. The prizes will be awarded and the winners will be notified by phone call and/or email within two (2) weeks after verification of their eligibility. GuestQuest will make several attempts to contact the winner. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries that have been properly submitted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the judges which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants further grant to GuestQuest by Traveler Vacation Guide the right to use and publish their proper name and state of residence in print and in other media in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for GuestQuest by Traveler Vacation Guide use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsors, their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or any prize won.
